HAPPY NEW YEARS!

According to an article published in the Sarasota Tribune this week, 2012  should be a banner year for snowbirds coming to Southwest Florida.  Seasonal rentals are way up and if you have not booked your vacation rental you may be out of luck, especially in Venice.  There has been a very high demand this year, we were getting inquiries back in the summer for this winter.  We have few rentals left, but if you are still considering coming down, give us a call.  No better time to make that second home investment or find your home in paradise!
